"Bankruptcy and the underwater home",It is really interesting title.I think It is good to change old processes related to Bankruptcy . However, in view of current meltdown the investigation system has to be more efficient, productive and least time consuming.

The person filing bankruptcy keeps their home and the first mortgage, but does not have to pay off the second mortgage. Am I understanding this correctly?
